Dr. Vanosia Faison, the founder and CEO of Grace Internal Medicine, was born and raised in Montgomery, AL.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Fisk University, before obtaining a Master of Science at Alabama State University.  She then attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI.  After graduating from medical school, she completed a 4-year combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Wright State University in Dayton, OH.   

Dr. Faison is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, as well a proud member of the Obesity Medicine Association.  Dr Faison is passionate about helping to improve the lives patients by managing chronic illnesses, particularly Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity.  She believes in the power of educating patients on their disease processes.  Dr. Faison prides herself in partnering with her patients to create individualized plans of care.  She has worked as a physician for over 15 years and looks forward to serving you!

In her spare time, Dr. Faison enjoys spending quiet time at home, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends, and especially her son, Samuel.
